Looking to write for us? ToolMato accepts free and paid guest posts, guest blogging pitches, sponsored articles with a backlink, app reviews, and template submissions — for writers, SEO professionals, link builders, and brands who want to reach people actually using free tools online.
ToolMato.org is a growing destination for free online tools, honest app reviews, and downloadable website templates — the kind of site people bookmark and come back to, not one they bounce off after a single search click.
Visitors come here to actually use something — a tool, an app, a template — not just to skim and leave.
We publish content we'd actually want to read — that's what keeps readers trusting the site, and your placement, too.
Articles, sponsored content, app reviews, or a listed template — pick whichever fits what you're promoting.
Every submission is reviewed by our team — no bots, no auto-approval queue.
We accept original guest posts from writers, bloggers, and businesses on topics our readers care about: technology, SEO, digital marketing, web development, AI, software, productivity, online tools, and apps.
Before you submit, a few basics we look for:
ToolMato reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity and style, and to reject or remove any content that doesn't meet our editorial standards — including after publication, if needed.
If you'd rather skip the queue or need guaranteed placement, paid guest post opportunities are available. Pricing depends on the topic, the quality and length of the content, requested placement, and any specific requirements you bring to us — so reach out and we'll quote accordingly.
To be upfront: we don't promise specific SEO outcomes or guaranteed search rankings for any placement, paid or unpaid. A backlink from a real, editorially-reviewed site can be a healthy part of an SEO strategy — but no publisher can honestly guarantee where your content will rank.
Beyond new guest posts, we also offer paid link insertion — placing a relevant link into an existing, already-published article or page where it genuinely fits the content.
Every request is reviewed individually. The link has to be relevant to the surrounding content and meet our editorial standards — not every link-placement request will be accepted, and we won't insert a link just because it's paid for.
Topical relevance to the article, destination page quality, and whether the link adds genuine value for the reader — not just link equity for you.
Companies and brands can pay to have their product, service, website, SaaS, or app featured through a dedicated sponsored article. This is a good fit if you want more creative control over how your product is presented than a standard review allows.
In line with standard editorial practice, sponsored content is clearly labeled as such where appropriate — transparency with our readers is non-negotiable, and it's also what keeps sponsored placements credible in the first place.
App developers and companies can reach out to have their mobile or web app reviewed and listed in our App Reviews section. Paid app review and sponsorship opportunities are also available for developers who want priority coverage.
Either way, a review stays useful and informative for the reader — we don't publish false claims about an app's features, pricing, or performance. We also independently decide whether an app is a good fit for our audience; not every submission will be accepted, paid or otherwise.
Real functionality, honest pricing/limits, and whether it's genuinely useful to someone looking for a free or low-cost tool.
Template designers and developers can submit their own downloadable templates to be listed on ToolMato — free or premium.
HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, React, admin dashboards, landing pages, portfolios, e-commerce templates, SaaS UI kits, and other genuinely useful website resources.
Templates must be your own original work, or built using assets you have proper license to use. No copyrighted or stolen assets — no exceptions.
Every submission is checked for quality, functionality, and originality before it goes live — approval isn't automatic.
Once your premium template is approved, it's listed for sale on ToolMato's Templates marketplace. For every successful sale, you keep 80% of the revenue — ToolMato retains a 20% platform commission to cover hosting, listing, and promotion on the site.
No listing fees to submit a template — the commission only applies when it actually sells.
Applies to every successful premium template sale made through ToolMato.
A few ground rules that apply across every type of collaboration above.
