These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolMato.org (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
ToolMato.org provides free online tools, app reviews, downloadable templates, and blog content. You may use the Site for personal or business purposes, provided you don't misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the Site, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our tools (word counter, image compressor, PDF merge, and others) are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You're responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
Templates offered on the Site are provided for use in your own projects, subject to any license terms noted on the individual template's page. Premium/paid templates are sold and delivered through third-party checkout providers (e.g. Gumroad, Payhip, Stripe) — ToolMato.org does not process payments directly, and purchases are subject to that provider's own terms.
Reviews published on the Site reflect our own testing and opinions at the time of writing. Apps, their features, and their pricing can change after a review is published — always verify current details on the developer's official page before downloading or purchasing.
The Site's design, branding, and original written content are owned by ToolMato.org. Third-party trademarks, app names, and logos referenced in reviews belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
When using interactive features (contact form, tool ratings, newsletter), you agree not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content, and not to attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting or security measures on the Site.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and download sources (app stores, template checkout pages, sponsor links). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolMato.org and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content, tool output, review, or template found here.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
