Every billable minute, accounted for.
Meridian tracks time against real client work, turns it into invoices without re-entry, and shows you which projects are actually worth your hours — before the month closes, not after.
Built around the way studios actually bill
Not a generic stopwatch. Meridian understands rates, retainers, and the difference between a client call and deep work.
See margin per project, not just hours logged
Meridian compares logged time against the quoted scope, so you know a project is running over before the invoice makes it obvious.
Shared timers for the whole team
Everyone tracks against the same project codes, so nothing gets billed twice or missed entirely.
Rates that follow the client, not the person
Set a rate per client or per task type once. Every timer after that bills correctly on its own.
An invoice drafts itself from tracked time
When the sprint ends, Meridian turns the week's timers into a line-itemed invoice — ready to send, not re-typed.
From first timer to paid invoice
Four steps, and the second one only happens once per client.
Start a timer against a project
Pick the client and task from a list you set up once — no free-text descriptions to standardize later.
Set the rate — then forget it
Hourly, retainer, or fixed-fee, attached to the client. Every future timer for them bills correctly without asking again.
Watch scope in real time
A running total shows hours against the quote, so overages are a conversation before delivery, not a surprise after.
Send the invoice Meridian already built
Review the line items, adjust anything by hand if needed, and send — or connect Stripe to get paid on the spot.
We used to lose four or five billable hours a week to people forgetting to log time properly. Meridian didn't make us more disciplined — it just made the untracked hours visible.Rosa Ibarra, Studio Director at Norrbeck

Questions studios usually ask first
Does Meridian replace our accounting software?
No — it drafts invoices from tracked time and can push them to QuickBooks or Xero, but reconciliation and books stay in your accounting tool.
Can clients see their own project's hours?
You can turn on a read-only client view per project, showing hours and scope without any internal rate information.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export every timer, invoice, and client record as CSV at any time, including after cancellation, for 90 days.
